At the heart of this curated event are the award-winning cheeses of Casale Roccolo, a renowned local farmstead whose dedication to traditional methods and natural ageing has earned them international recognition — including multiple honours at the World Cheese Awards. From soft, aromatic cheeses to cave-aged varieties with rich, complex profiles, each creation expresses the depth of the territory and the mastery of its makers.
